Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. Partial refund of 50% up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

Use of fire pit is prohibited during the burn ban
No parties or Events ($500 fine). 6 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. Although we are on a wooded lot, we have neighbors to be considerate of.

We are outdoor enthusiasts and love the mountains. we enjoy adventuring in our home state of Colorado, as well as the rest of the country and world.
A native of South Africa, Rob began his career playing professional squash. Rob transitioned into every other sport that Colorado has to offer, including triathlon, cycling, running, snowboarding, and skimo. Rob is constantly trying to perfect the latte.
Amy grew up in the Midwest and was a competitive swimmer. living in the mountains since the mid-2000s led her to trail running. she enjoys exploring trails all around Colorado through training and racing. Amy is a self-professed sleep connoisseur.
