While Fairplay is known as the trout fishing capital of Colorado, there is not a shortage of things to do and see within a short drive. Fairplay is a 2-hour drive from Denver International Airport.
Nearby towns of South Park and Alma are wonderful gems to visit while at The Elf Haus. The mountain town of Breckenridge is approximately 20 miles from the property.

Breckenridge is known for its ski resort, year-round alpine activities and gold rush history.
